Mango flavoured chicken and veg... Cooked inside a watermelon... The flavors was madly infused... .

Get 1 large Watermelon

2 KG chicken
Seasoning
Paprika
Salt to taste
Some garlic
Cajun chicken spice.

Veggies and fruits...
X2 mangos
Garlic cloves
2 chillies chopped
2 onions chopped up
1 green pepper chopped
Cauliflower
Brussel sprouts
Sweet potatoes

Fry chopped veggies in some oil and mango tango jive... Not to much just sprinkle over every few mins...
Do not over fry veggies remember in the watermelon it will also cook...

Pack vegetables at the bottom of the watermelon... I put in some mango pieces and mango chutney...then I packed my chicken with mango pieces Inbetween and some mango chutney.

Please do not use frozen chicken as it take 2h30mins to complete... Frozen chicken will be considerably long and you wont enjoy the end result....
