Staying hydrated the best way possible on the streets of Delhi. Nothing beats a refreshing glass of Nimbu Pani (fresh lime soda) packed with spices and mineral-rich black salt to beat the heat.

So fizzy, flavorful, and seriously refreshing! 🍋✨

India Food Tour Part 5! 🔥 Continuing the delicious journey through to try this incredible soy bean dish paired with fresh roti.

Spoiler alert: It was pipe-hot and absolutely packed with flavor! 🤤 (Giving this a solid 9.5/10). Have you ever tried soy chaap street food?

Have you ever seen roti made like this? 🇮🇳✨

On Part 4 of my Chandni Chowk food tour, I learned the genius history behind this unique cooking method.

In windy outdoor areas, street vendors would turn the traditional tawa (pot/griddle) upside down to block the wind and keep a steady, low flame going! Culinary ingenuity!

Stepping back in time through flavour! 🇮🇳✨

On my food tour through , I tried a legendary 400-year-old recipe. Did you know the history behind this iconic puri and lentil dish? Back in the day, water preservation was a massive concern, which heavily influenced how these historical recipes were crafted using minimal water and clever preservation techniques like traditional pickling.

The flour is fine, the spices are deeply aromatic, and every bite tells a story of centuries of culinary heritage. Have you ever tried street food with this much history? Let me know in the comments! 👇
