The food is seasonal and locally produced with the exception of imported Parmesan cheese, olive oils and pastas. The food is not supposed to be sophisticated but rather simply cooked, always tasty and cooked with quality ingredients as you would find in a TRATTORIA (Family restaurant) in Italy.
Because of the enormity of regional dishes in Italy, we have a speciality section on the menu where we prepare dishes from various regions in Italy, which changes from time to time. The atmosphere is relaxed, the welcome is warm and good food is the focus! Trattoria food is home cooking at it’s best. The majority Trattorias in Italy are the backbone of Italian food!
