When the temperature drops, this is the kind of meal that brings everyone to the table.

With Miami Hammy Relish at the centre, this oxtail comes out tender, packed with flavour, and made for proper winter comfort.

Take your time with this one. The result speaks for itself.

Hammy Relish Oxtail 🍲

What you'll need:
- 1.5 kg oxtail, cut into pieces
- 30 ml oil (sunflower or olive oil)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2–4 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2–4 celery stalks, sliced
- 4–6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 60 ml balsamic vinegar
- 175 ml dry red wine (optional)
- 1 can Miami Hammy Relish
- 400 ml beef stock
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 ml dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley, mashed potatoes, rice, or bread

How to make it:
Rinse and pat dry the oxtail, then season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a pot and brown the oxtail in batches. Set aside.
In the same pot, sauté onion, carrots, and celery until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
Deglaze with balsamic vinegar (and red wine if using).
Return oxtail to the pot. Add Miami Hammy Relish, stock, bay leaves, and thyme. Stir.
Cook in an Instant Pot on high pressure for 45 minutes, then allow natural release.
Remove oxtail and simmer sauce to thicken (optional).
Return oxtail to sauce and serve hot.

What you’ll need:
- Mini tortillas or taco shells
- Boerewors (crumbled or sliced)
- Miami Boerie Relish
- Cheese

How to make it:
Fill tortillas with boerewors and Miami Boerie Relish.

The perfect, easy and delicious 2 dip hacks under R100 that come together in under 5 minutes.
Quick to make, easy to share, and full of that Mmm-Miami flavour you know and love. 🫶

🍅Miami Boerie Relish Dip:
What you'll need:
- 4 tbsp Miami Boerie Relish
- 250g cream cheese (brand of choice)

Method:
Spoon the cream cheese into a bowl (stir to soften if you prefer).
Add the Miami Boerie Relish on top.
Serve immediately with chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.

*Tip: For a warmer dip, heat slightly before serving.

🥭Miami Fine Mango Atchar Mayo Dip / Drizzle:
What you'll need:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tbsp Miami Fine Mango Atchar

Method:
Mix mayonnaise and Miami Fine Mango Atchar in a bowl. Stir until smooth and evenly combined.
Taste and adjust
Serve as a dip, spread, or drizzle over snacks.

Mmm-Miami One-Pot Lasagna😄

What you’ll need:
- 1 kg lean beef mince
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 410 g Miami Braai Relish (1 can)
- 50 g Miami Tomato Paste (1 sachet)
- 250 g lasagne sheets (1 box)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 L chicken stock
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or a little oil

How to make it:
Heat a large deep pan over medium heat and lightly oil it.
Cook the onion and celery until soft and fragrant.
Add the mince and break it up well. Season with garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook until browned.
Stir in the Miami Braai Relish and tomato paste.
Pour in the chicken stock. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Break the lasagne sheets into strips and push them down into the sauce.
Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer gently until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid has been absorbed. Stir occasionally so it doesn’t stick.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top, cover again, and allow it to melt before serving. Finish with a light sprinkle of oregano.

Optional additions:
- Grated carrot or baby marrow for extra vegetables
- Mushrooms for added flavour
- Stir in 2 Tbsp cream cheese at the end for a creamy version

Tip:
Let it stand for about 5 minutes before serving - it thickens and tastes even better. 😌

Ravioli, chicken, and a can of Miami Anything Goes Tomato Mix are all it takes to get something warm, filling, and full of flavour on the table. 🍝

Anything Goes Ravioli Pasta

What you'll need:
- 1 packet fresh ravioli
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can Miami Anything Goes Tomato Mix
- Olive oil (to taste)
- Origanum (to taste)
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 liters of water per 500g of ravioli
- 1-2 tbsp salt (for pasta water)

How to make it:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the ravioli according to the packet instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until soft.
Cut chicken into small cubes and add to the pan. Fry until cooked through.
Add the Miami Anything Goes Tomato Mix and stir well.
Add a little water if you’d like more sauce.
Add the cooked ravioli and mix well with the chicken and sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella over the top, add a pinch of origanum, cover, and let the cheese melt.
Serve hot.

This Tuna Puff Pastry Roll is the kind of easy win you keep going back to.
Quick to make, even better to enjoy!🤩

Tuna & Boerie Relish Puff Pastry Roll

What you’ll need:
- 1 roll ready-made puff pastry
- 2 tins tuna (drained)
- 1 can Miami Boerie Relish (flavour of choice)
- ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 egg, beaten (or milk for brushing)

How to make it:
Preheat oven to 220 °C.
Prepare the filling:
In a bowl, mix together the tuna, boerie relish, grated cheddar cheese, and mayonnaise.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Spread the filling evenly over the pastry.
Roll the pastry up tightly to form a log.
Brush the top with beaten egg or milk.
Bake for 20–30 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
