There is some of you that don't know💔
I closed my Bakery down in Newcastle and relocated to Hluhluwe💔
I no longer bake as I have taken on new responsibility and running my Grans Deli in Hluhluwe.
One day I will cake again😍 but for now I just want to thank EVERYBODY for showing me so much support and helped me grow every year in the business world. I have learnt and overcome so much❤ And I am who I am today because everyone pushed me to be a better business woman❤

It's been a month full of change and challenges❤
We have relocated to our new home in Hluhluwe and of course my first month I get a cake order🙈 I loved making this 30cm Choc and Vanilla Cake with Choc and Caramel Drip and a sprinkle of nuts❤ but man was this a true test of my baking skills! The heat here and humidity here is so different compared to Newcastle and the whole week we had crazy rain which made the electricity go off all the time while caking, go into my shop the day of pick up and shops Electricity tripped!!! Damn I start freaking out!!!! Ran to the fridge just to find my cake still standing❤❤❤❤❤ Such a simple cake compared to my usual but man did this cake make me sweat😂😂😂 So grateful it made it to Durban and the special family absolutely enjoyed it❤❤❤❤

I always have so much fun meeting new and old students❤❤❤ I love how the class goes from extreme concentration to making jokes and laughing, really a HUGE thank you to all these special ladies for supporting my classes!💛🌻
You all did so well and such an amazing improvement for the students that attend for the second time💪💪❤❤
