This September, Ibiza on the Highveld takes over ‘And Then…’ for a night filled with Iberian cuisine and firelit flavours. Guest Chef Santi Louzán brings his signature Mediterranean flair to the Cradle, crafting an unforgettable feast. Expect bold, crisp flavours and captivating scents — A wine-paired Spanish-inspired dinner for R2195.

Introducing Chef Santi Louzán

Chef Santi, a Galician from a small village in Cee, Spain, grew up immersed in a family of farmers and fishermen who instilled in him a love for ingredients. After moving to England in his teens spent over 20 years in the culinary world, working his way up to roles in Michelin-starred restaurants across the UK.


Extending into 27 September

Guests are welcome to join the Ibiza on the Highveld event at the Kromdraai Impact Hub (.hub) on Saturday. Explore vibrant food stalls, sip crafted cocktails from buzzing bars, and enjoy Ibiza resident DJ’s throughout the day.

For the ultimate experience on the 27th, the VIP package offered to guests includes an exclusive menu curated by Chef Santi, sold from a town square type setting, blending Iberian artistry with local flavours, as well as complementary traditional Spanish snacks.

Patrons are invited to our intimate dinner hosted alongside Elunda Basson — Steenberg’s Cellar Master, Chief Operating Officer, and Chairperson of the South African Sauvignon Blanc Association. Set in the Cradle, the evening unfolds with a thoughtfully tailored menu paired with a distinctive selection of Steenberg’s still wines, including its celebrated Sauvignon Blancs. A sensory journey where flavour, passion and place meet.
