Good day fellow Knysnarians,

We are Sonja & Deon van Tonder, the proud owners of MUSE Fusion Food at 152 Old Cape Rd. Since 2017, we have worked hard to create a vibrant local hub for all Knysna residents, tourists, and our returning "Swallows."
Beyond serving food, we are committed to our community - creating jobs for local youth and providing a stage for upcoming and talented local musicians. We host live music events only in-season and some Friday evenings. We believe that networking around our fireplace and enjoying live music is what keeps our local spirit alive during these challenging economic times.
We are aware of a recent noise complaint during our music events. We want to reassure you that we take this seriously. On the last three live events, Law Enforcement and SAPS attended and confirmed that our sound levels were well within reasonable limits and did not constitute a disturbance. Our music typically concludes by 10:00 PM to respect our neighbours.
We value our relationship with you. If you ever feel the volume is too high, please call us directly so we can take action immediately. Direct communication saves our Law Enforcement officers’ valuable time, allowing them to focus on more serious matters.
