04 August 2015 - My Family will be sooo chuffed!!! They have been waiting for weeks for their "fix". Cafe (Bev) just made 20 tubs of Basil Pesto. Fresh basil leaves, the highest quality cashew nuts, cold-pressed olive oil, Bev's Sattvic Spice, fresh lemon and lots of love from Bev and her Creative Food Kitchen (CFK). R40 each (125ml). Delicious with pasta, baked potato, as a spread on your sandwich or toast; AWESOME ON MY CARB-FREE CAULIFLOWER PIZZA - the base was bought from Windmill on Main - topped with organic cheese, mushrooms, butternut, red pepper and spinach. Store your basil pesto in the freezer and use as you need it. Call to get some - Bev 082 888 7875. Or find the recipe in your copy of and make a batch yourself!

REPAIRED NAILS WITH ATIFA Tissue Salt SKIN CREAM
My thumb nails were shot! I mean growing sooo badly; splitting, and speed bumps of note - an absolute disaster. The rest of the finger nails not much better, breaking easily. About 2/3 months ago I decided to try rubbing Atifa Skin Cream into the cuticles and finger nails twice a day – I did not really expect any improvement – the nails were beyond help I thought. Within a few weeks my thumb nails became “normal” and the rest have grown without breaking. My nails still won’t win any cutest cuticles awards but they are decent enough. I wish I had taken a photo of them “before”. Along the way I tried rubbing another hand cream into the cuticles for a bit, thinking “surely any natural cream would do” – well the thumb nails started splitting and misbehaving within a week. I am sold on the Atifa Tissue Salt Skin Cream for nails and cuticles. I no longer miss my date twice a day with my nails and Atifa Skin Cream.
