Shut down notice from council of Johannesburg.

We have been suffer for leaking and unlawful dumpings by lanlord. These are all the way duration of our formal operation period from commenced date.
Leaking was not fixed even after center's huge repair work and waterproofing project.
We tried to meeting with Center management for all thus useless, center management insisted without Chinese translator they can not have meeting even I am not understand Chinese. My lawyer represent Daruma still they don't want to meeting without translator even my layer is South Africa native speakers of English.

Due to breach of contract and early cancellation of lease. We canceled lease and Closed business. We paid a month advance lease, they holding our stuff unlawfully, we could not move our stuff out.
The case is on high court now.

Daruma Fourways door finally closed, Cancellation of lease is denied and it is going to court. Some left over feresh meat and sea food was donated to informal settlement people around Lanseria. 97 pack made. It has pack and allocated by Grace point church Midrand. Thank you for all your work under rain.
Still a lot of seafood left in the premises, out of legal matter theose food stuff must not wasted.
it can donate to someone needed. We informed it to center but no answer
due to cancellation of lease.

Premises leak and flooded always when it was rain.
Heavy maintenance on going by center management along 5month continually. No secure acess provided to Daruma customer.
27th Oct. The council of Johannesburg, Health and safety department shutted down Daruma. Same time Center holding Daruma stuff only limited acess we had, no way to operating business, we notice cancellation of lease to center by breech of contract, but request was denied, matter is going to court.
Fourways store closed at 31th Oct 2023.
