Our Custard Danishes were a bit of a mystery...

Some days, they'd disappear before we set them on the display. Other days, they'd sit quietly in the display case, wondering where everyone went. 😅

But lately, we've been wondering if it's time for a comeback.

Flaky, buttery layers. Silky vanilla custard. Freshly baked with HÄRT.

But vegan baking isn't what it used to be.To be fair, sometimes we're shocked too by how far vegan baking has come.

Gone are the days of broccoli brownies and disappointment. 🥦✌️

Now it's flaky croissants, indulgent cakes, gooey cookies, and desserts so good that people still ask us:
