We all know Nando’s can be quite outspoken and we sometimes push a few buttons, but we don’t want to be a pusher of unlawful speech. We don’t monitor every posting of user content on the Nando’s page, but we do ask that you respect others and talk nicely (with your mouth full of PERi-licious flame-grilled chicken). So please don’t post any content that:

· is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, racist, sexist, homophobic statements or which constitutes hate speech;
· is pornographic, obscene, indecent, lewd or inappropriate;
· may infringe any intellectual property right of any party;
· would encourage the commission of a criminal offence;
· is invasive of privacy or publicity rights, or that discloses personal information of any third party (such as contact details);
· constitutes unsolicited promotions, advertising, contests, solicitations or spam (the same or simliar message posted repeatedly);
· is unrelated to the topic or that contains links to other websites; or
· is otherwise objectionable in the sole discretion of Nando’s. If it is decided that you have stepped over the line, you will have your Facebook fandom rights revoked. Nando’s will remove any posts deemed to violate these House Rules and if repeated you will be blocked from using this page… and we don’t want that, so play nice.
