Saturday's menu will partly consist of meals focusing on the similarities between local and Japanese dishes.

However, the dishes will be prepared and flavored based on traditional and reinterpreted Japanese methods. Think Japanese karē (curry), karaage (fried chicken), yakatori (sosaties|skewers), bāgā (burgers), sitēki (steak), gyoza (dumplings) accompanied by an assortment of side meals.

We have returned with limited amount of ingredients, including single malt whiskey; plum wine and sake. Portions will be limited.
