-Welcoming customers by determining their coffee interests & needs
-Educating customers by presenting & explaining the coffee drinks menu
-Sells coffees & related equipment by explaining differences in coffee beans & coffee preparation, machines as well as demonstrating how brewing equipment operates
-Prepare & sell coffee drinks
-Generate revenues by attracting new customers
-Maintain inventories by counting & replenishing coffee bean stocks, brewing equipment, accessories & other supplies
-Keep equipment operating by ensuring operating instructions are followed, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplier and cleaning procedures are adhered to

The Skills required:
Listening, Good Verbal Communication, Customer Focused, People Skills & Action Oriented

Experience:
2 years minimum experience in a similar environment
