We’re looking for an Artisan Qualified Baker to join our team and help create the breads, rolls, and baked goods that our customers have come to know and love.
Requirements:
• Qualified Baker with relevant experience
• Experience in artisan bread production and fermentation techniques
• Passion for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities:
• Producing artisan breads, rolls, and specialty baked products
• Maintaining high standards of quality and consistency
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures
• Assisting with daily production planning and stock control
