I had the pleasure of getting an order from the fabulous Lizzi Hayden. The brief was, her friend is turning 70 and she loves playing Canasta and carrot cake. That gave birth to these card themed carrot cupcakes🧁♤♡◇♧. I am honestly shocked at how light and fluffy the cupcakes and cream cheese icing turned out. I'm always tweaking recipes but this is an ultimate winner!!!
