Like every year, I get asked to come up with a special cooked oyster dish for our festival. This time, its going to be is a delightful mix of many flavors that all support the fantastic oysters!

After a very successful first year, the Harties Oyster Route will celebrate its first anniversary with a Mega Oyster Festival from 18-20 November 2022!

During the weekend of 18-20 November, the nine participating restaurants will offer a gastronomic fair of fresh oysters and oyster dishes, as well as live entertainment to mark the occasion. It’s a self-drive route and guests can book directly at the following restaurants:
