Hi guys and girls.
Wow business finally starting to pick up again after all of us in the food game have really suffered a very lean spell.Thank you all for the ongoing support.

We have downscaled and upscaled???
By deciding to close the one shop and extend the trade out of just one (a really hard decision)we are now offering an even better and more personalised feel to your eating experience.Come see for yourseves!
Our new sit down menu taken directly from our Friday night specials that were the most popular is turning out to be really successfull.There are still 2 to 3 specials added,just depends what I feel like cooking up.
Teri from Synergy local paper has really done a magnificent job in re-naming and promoting our business."Brian's Kitchen" at the Fish Box was taken directly from customer suggestions .We dont only do fish and chips!!

Celebrated an 86th birthday last night with a customer and his friends and family at our little Diner.What a blast.Thank you John Pilling for choosing us to be your venue.

Hi,we have such a fantastic response to our little Diner and take out.
Thank you all.Please note that from Monday 15/09/2014 we will only trade on a Monday from 16h30 to 19h30.All other trading days remain the same ie Tuesday to Thursday 10h00 to 19h00 ,Friday 10h00 to 20h00 (or until the last patron leaves...we are very casual about this) Saturday 10h00 to 19h30 and Sunday 11h00 to 18h30.
