You caught a glimpse in our earlier video...

Here's a little more of what's coming at Gate of India Gillitts 2.0 👀

Still not the final look — wait till you see it at night with all the lights on.

We're almost there, Durban. Opening Soon.

POV: You're walking into a dream we built from dust.

If you've ever eaten at Gate of India, you are part of this staircase.

Every light you see here was fixed while the cement was still wet. Every step still has dust on it. But this glow? This is what happens when Durban believes in you.

We are not just renovating a restaurant. We are building a place where your next birthday, anniversary, and family dinner will happen.

From dust to lights ✨

We didn't want to show you just the finished photos. We wanted to show you the real middle part — bare concrete, glossy floors just laid, and the first time we tested these stair lights.

This empty space will soon be filled with sizzling plates, family dinners and laughter. We're building Gate of India 2.0 with our own hands here in Durban.

Almost there. Thank you for being patient with us ❤️

Behind the shine ✨
The gloss is drying, the arches are rising, the lights are hanging...
KZN's Hidden Gem is getting a new home.

Same flavours you obsessed over. A whole new experience to obsess over.

Any guesses where? 👀
