EL PUENTE (HONEY PROCESS) 🍯 🐝

Our very OG friends, Winston and Leigh from , have roasted a special Colombian coffee for us. We're proud of this collaboration and proud to showcase their business. Link in bio to the tastiest coffee ever👋

El Puente is a Colombian pilot project that is supported by community investments regarding the sustainable development of rural areas. This facility in the Palestina region of southern Huila purchases and processes coffee from over one hundred small family-owned rural farms. The mill pays them a premium price, even without having the coffee processed. This financial incentive helps to significantly motivate the farmers to cultivate the best quality harvest possible.

Our OG friends, , make some kickass artisan teas and concentrates when they not roasting coffee. We've picked our favorites and put them on the webstore. ✌

All their teas are directly sourced from a 3rd generation family owned estate, called Satemwa Estate. Located in the Shire Highlands of Malawi.

This is our December Box.

Every month we bundle all of our current coffees into a single box, so that you have an option to enjoy all of our coffees all at once. This is the most convenient and cheapest way to get a taste of everything.

Tarantella Blend - 20% Ethiopia, Yirgacheffe (Washed) | 80% Uganda, Sipi Falls (Washed).

Fazenda São João - 100% Brazil, Nova Resende - South of Minas (Carbonic Macerated).

Sidamo - 100% Ethiopia, Sidamo roasted by our good friends

O mother-my-love, will you give me your hand?

We're back again. But in a different way. After almost 2 years out of the industry, and scars where open wounds once were, we're planning a come back. Not a new café, but together with and Tonic Studios, we've created a special website (dearmariacafe.com) that brings Dear Maria back to life, but in another form.

We're stocked up on some of the best home brewing equipment, and again, featuring some of best coffee roasters in the country. It's a small step, but a step in the right direction ☕ We hope you'll support us on this new journey 💚

We desperately need community now more than ever. We've always worked closely with local roasters in order to support them, and showcase what incredible coffees they have to offer our community. We're very excited and humbled to partner with and showcase an exclusive collab coffee which they've sourced and roasted for us 🔥 Produced by the Sidama Co-op Farmers' Union, our fully washed Ethiopian (indigenous heirloom varietals) packs a sweet and creamy peach bomb, that has a silky smooth floral finish 🍑🌺🌸 Now available on bar and in store 🚀
