Seven years ago, I walked these halls with a bag full of textbooks, trying to figure out what came next.🤔

Today, I walked back in carrying a bag full of cookies.🤭🍪

It's hard to put into words what this moment means to me. Outeniqua played a big role in shaping who I am, so being able to share Novi Cookies with the next generation of Kwaggas through Jheerlik feels incredibly special.😄🫶🏻

I still can't quite believe I'm writing this.

There have been so many moments over the past year where I've wondered if I was doing this right, if Novi would work, and if all the effort would be worth it.

So seeing my cookies at .pottery feels like a quiet little reminder that I'm moving in the right direction.

I'm incredibly grateful for everyone who's supported this journey so far. Thank you for helping me get here. 🫶🏻

Meet the Cookie Bun 🍪✨

Soft buttery brioche loaded with molten chocolate pockets, while a cookie bakes up through the top and melts into the middle, leaving behind a chewy, rich, chocolate-packed centre.

This one is a market exclusive, so there’ll be no online drop and no delivery route. If you want one, you’ll have to catch your local cookie dealer in real life 😄

Happy New Year, Cookie Lovers!🥳🎉

Last year was such a special one for me. I relaunched Novi Cookies and sold over 100 cookie boxes. That’s more than 600 cookies, each one individually wrapped, sealed, and packaged with hand-stamped liners, wrapping, and tied cards. Every box was made with so much love, and I honestly can’t thank you enough for supporting me. 🧡

I’ve learned a lot as a first-time cookie entrepreneur, and one of the things I’ve realised is that the Novi Signature Box takes a lot of time and materials to create — from the hand-stamped liners to the carefully tied cards. To make sure I can keep doing this sustainably and keep growing Novi Cookies, the box will now be an optional R25 add-on.

If you’d rather skip the box, no worries — you can choose a branded paper bag instead, which is completely free. 🍪

I’m really excited for everything ahead this year, and I can’t wait to keep sharing all the cookies, love, and little moments with you. Thank you for being part of this journey. It truly means the world. 🧡
