CAFÉ DU VIN is proud to host the Winemaker for a day® wine blending workshop. In fact, most wines on the market are blends. In this two-hour workshop you will lear

n the noble art of Wine Blending and you will blend your own bottle of wine. You will cork, capsule and label your bottle, to take home or enjoy with dinner at CAFÉ DU VIN. A unique and fun workshop for everyone with an interest in wine and a must-do on any Franschhoek visit! The workshop is limited to eight participants, and all being18 years or older.

"The food, service and location at Cafe du Vin is exceptional. We were a small group, but all meals arrived timeously and everyone absolutely enjoyed their choice. I had the hake and chips and I can say without a doubt that it is possibly the best hake and chips I have ever had at a restaurant (I'm a retiree so I have had many fish and chips). My wife shared this sentiment. Well done to the management team, chef and staff and be proud. Keep up the great experience that you are delivering. Lastly, the fish was lightly battered, crispy, pan hot from the first bite to the last and the chips were crispy. Enjoy."
