WeDeliverLogistics is a last-mile delivery company owned by *Mohlala Holdings (Pty) Ltd*.

Yes, it was founded by one visionary leader, Themba Mohlala, who started with one bike during Covid-19 and turned it into a big brand.

But when we talk about WeDeliverLogistics, we don't talk about one man. We talk about *PROFESSIONALS.* We talk about a team of riders, facilitators, drivers and a dedicated operations team.

When WeDeliverLogistics started, we understood one thing: In order for this brand to grow, to reach every customer and become a nationwide company, we needed a GOOD, TIGHT TEAM.

That is how our Scooter Skills Academy was born.

We gave amaGita a chance to learn how to ride. We established a team of facilitators who are training unemployed young people in Emalahleni and Kriel Ganala every day.

I gave my friends and my brothers from *Ext 09* a platform to learn how to ride. They stood with me and assisted me to make sure our Scooter Skills Development Program was successful. Today, we absorb the qualified riders we train into our own company to deliver to our wide range of customers, from mines to SMMEs.

So as a Founder and a Visionary Leader, I want to take this opportunity to THANK MY FRIENDS AND BROTHERS who have been with me since DAY ONE.

Good day John Craig Team,

I am Themba Mohlala, Founder of WeDeliverLogistics from Emalahleni, Mpumalanga.

*WHEN & WHY WE STARTED:* We started in 2021 during Covid-19. Townships like Witbank Emalahleni, Kriel, Ogies & Phola had NO delivery services. I started with 1 bike and I was the only rider. Today we have 10 bikes & 10 riders serving mines & SMMEs.

*OUR IMPACT:* From our small profit we built a Scooter Skills Academy. We have skilled 150+ unemployed youth and paid FREE licenses & PrDPs for 60 youth to become employable. We also support elderly homes with free groceries.

*WHY WE MUST WIN R200k:* We are not an idea, we are PROVEN. We started with nothing and created jobs. With R200k we will:
✅ Build our Office Hub & Bigger Training Centre (R80k) - so we have a proper training space to train more youth
✅ Add 4 bikes = 4 new jobs (R60k)
✅ Fund 40 more youth licenses (R30k)

*GROWTH PLAN & MENTORSHIP:*

After piloting the App in Emalahleni, we will FRANCHISE to other townships & rural areas like Dennilton, Siyabuswa, Middelburg & Secunda - turning our trained youth into business owners.

Our goal is to not just pilot our application, but also build a bigger office and training space for more trainings, so we can train 100+ youth per month.

The mentorship opportunity and program from JohnCraig will assist me, Themba Mohlala, on how to grow and scale my business to the next level, how to manage a bigger fleet, and most importantly, how to draft professional contracts for our franchise model once the application has been piloted.
