WE ARE HIRING – OPERATIONS MANAGER

Casbah Bluff is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the entire operation.

This is a senior management position requiring a hands-on leader who can ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business while driving growth, efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee all daily operations
✅ Manage and lead kitchen, front-of-house, and delivery staff
✅ Staff scheduling, performance management, and training
✅ Stock control, ordering, and supplier management
✅ Monitor food quality and customer service standards
✅ Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
✅ Control costs and improve profitability
✅ Implement and maintain operational systems and procedures
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
✅ Prepare reports and provide feedback to ownership
✅ Drive sales growth and identify opportunities to improve business performance

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 3 years management experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry
✔ Strong leadership and people management skills
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
✔ Experience with stock control, food costing, cash handling, and staff management
✔ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
✔ Computer literacy and administrative skills
✔ Reliable, trustworthy, and results-driven
✔ Valid driver's license will be advantageous

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an individual who will take ownership of the operation, lead by example, hold staff accountable, improve systems, and ensure that Casbah Bluff continues to deliver exceptional food and service while achieving business growth.
