Not all mince is made for the same meal 🥩

The right mince can make all the difference to the final dish!

For juicy homemade burgers, a little extra fat brings flavour and helps keep the patties from drying out.

For a rich bolognese, you want a good balance of flavour and texture, while meatballs benefit from mince with enough moisture to stay tender as they cook.

For lighter everyday meals, a leaner mince may be just what you’re after.

Not sure which mince to choose?

Tell our Karoo Kitchen team what’s on the menu and we’ll help you find the right option.
