ANCELLATION POLICY
• Full refund will be done on bookings cancelled 2 weeks before event
• 50 % refund will be done up to 1 week before event
• No refund will be done on cancellations of less than 1 week before event
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Please use inflatable on a flat, grass surface. (Groundsheet on paving or cement). No shoes or sharp objects allowed on inflatable equipment.
No food or drinks to go with kids on inflatable – for own safety as well!
The inflatable/motor must not be left in the rain whilst out on hire.
The Hirer accepts full responsibility for any damages or losses, and will pay accordingly, legal costs included.
The owner/agent of the Inflatable will not be held responsible for the death, injury, loss or otherwise to any person using the equipment supplied.
The Hirer undertakes to ensure that the Electrical Power supply point is well earthed, and that the earth leakage is in full working condition. IF NOT, EQUIPMENT IS NOT TO BE USED!
The Hirer hereby acknowledges that it is necessary to have a responsible adult in attendance to supervise ensure strict compliance herewith simultaneously indemnifying the owner against any claim that may be made against the owner arising out of any damage sustained by any person utilising the fun item and motor.
On water-items – please deflate item and empty as much water out of unit as possible, re-inflate and leave a few minutes to dry. PLEASE NOTE: INFLATABLES MUST BE DRY, CLEAN, FOLDED AND NEATLY PACKED IN COVER AFTER USE TO ENSURE THAT YOUR DEPOSIT IS REFUNDED!
