What better way to make the most of coming Heritage Day than out in the sun, in company of good friends and family, enjoying the smoky delights of the humble braai?🍔

It’s time to dust off the grill, get out the tongs and start preparing some marvellous marinades to impress your guests on the 24th!👏🏻

Here’s some inspo:
Smokey Chicken marinade

•2 T smoked Spanish paprika, toasted
•1 T coriander seeds, toasted
•2 cloves garlic, peeled
•50 g brown sugar
•½ cup tomato purée
•1 T lemon juice
•2 t Worcester sauce
•10 g fresh thyme, leaves picked
•2 T olive oil

Place all ingredients in your Dualit hand blend chopper bowl, whizz until mixed. Chunky is ok, unless you prefer a smooth marinade.
Place chicken in a dish, rub marinade all over and cover for 4-6 hours prior to cooking.
