From busy mornings to weekend rushes, she’s been behind the scenes helping keep the magic going,one waffle at a time 💜

Calm, dependable, and always ready with a smile, Beven has grown into an incredible manager and an even more valued part of our waffle family ✨

Meet Maria 🧇✨

Founder, secret recipe creator, and the heart behind The Big Bay Waffle Company.

11 years ago, Maria started this little shop with one simple dream, to create a place that felt warm, welcoming and built around family. From handwritten recipes and long days in the kitchen grew the little waffle family we know today 💜

Even now, her passion hasn’t slowed down. Maria is currently in Bulgaria running our sister store
Doing it all herself as chef, barista, waiter and everything in between 🇧🇬🧇

Everything we are today started with her recipes, her hard work, and her belief that good food brings people together.

Your passion and hard work continue to inspire us daily 💜
