Last year’s Garden Day looked a little something like this. 🌸

And this Sunday, we get to do it all over again. The flower crowns are coming out, the tables are being set and Chef Elrika has a beautiful lunch prepared.

All you need to do is bring yourself and a few people you rather like.

Garden Day is back at The Homestead on Sunday, 18 October, and seats are fully booked! Chef’s planned an absolutely gorgeous feast in the garden with plenty of good vibes and, naturally, flowers everywhere.

High Tea canapés on arrival, line fish puttanesca on the buffet, and Earl Grey & honey macaroons for dessert.

We’re sitting down at The Grace Conservatory on Sunday, 18 October for a long-table spring feast, complete with freshly baked focaccia, crispy artichokes, lemon caper veal, and a full table of baked sweets to finish.

Every booking includes your meal and fresh garden blooms for crown-making.

This Couples Day, we’re celebrating all of them, and the beautiful occasions that bring everyone else along for the party.

If one of your dates falls in 2027, The Grace Conservatory is now open for weddings, engagement celebrations, anniversaries and intimate events, with Food Fanatics taking care of what we know best: the food.

We asked the team to name their favourite South Africanism and the answers did not disappoint.
With Heritage Day right around the corner, we’re getting ready to host our annual pop-up lunch at The Homestead on Thursday, 24 September.

From pickled fish bunny chow to beef oxtail potjie on the fire, it’s a full long-table feast celebrating everything we love about home. Tables are filling up fast, so grab your people and lock in your spot!
