All meals are cooked by us (Guy & Lyall), a.k.a Guyall, using the best quality ingredients that we can find as if we were cooking for ourselves. Everything we make is done with passion and for the love of cooking. We try as far as possible, not to use any additives or preservatives, however, on the odd occasion

we find the ingredient we need already has this in (for example. We value such ingredients and use it for quality purposes. Meals are packaged and frozen, ready for delivery.
