SWITCHING IT UP - We tried something new this weekend - the Hario Switch - which lets you brew using percolation, immersion or a mix of both.

It was a really rewarding brew. A perfect brewing method to go with our two Ethiopian coffees - Bekele Kachara and Halo Beriti.
