We offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, and are open from 06h30 to 23h00. Walk-ins welcome or book on Dineplan. The chic Double Tree by Hilton Cape Town Upper Eastside Hotel - Liberty's Restaurant offers an extensive a la carte menu and all-day dining in a discreetly glamorous atmosphere. Having spent 15 years honing his culinary talents across Europe and South Africa, executive chef Simon Kemp has

made the Liberty's kitchen his creative home. Experimenting with a fusion-style menu, Simon is also a master at the traditional: his handmade burgers are legendary. Should you have specific dietary requirements, please do let us know – with advance warning, Simon can ensure that there is something that meets these requirements. Simon is also available to discuss your catering requirements for business conferencing or special events held at DoubleTree by Hilton Cape Town Eastside, and will also prepare a tailormade menu for guests wanting to entertain small groups in the loft suites.
