This past Saturday, we had the privilege of hosting a wonderful mindfulness and personal growth workshop presented by Anthea, and what a special morning it was.

Guests enjoyed a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, delicious coffee, a hearty breakfast, meaningful conversations, and valuable insights on slowing down and finding balance in our busy lives.
