If you're open to new culinary adventures, Miang Kham is a must try. This popular, traditional snack originated from Northern Thailand.

Miang Kham is a one bite wrap, reflecting its simple and fun method of enjoyment. Traditionally, wild pepper leaves are used to wrap mixtures of ingredients but in this version, young spinach leaves substitute for original wild pepper leaves while still offering a fresh and crispy base.

Folding the leaves into a cone shape as small pocket. Add a little of each filling, roasted coconut, peanut,ginger, shallots, lemongrass, lime and a piece of Chilli. Top with a generous drizzle of sweet and savory syrup for the signature Miang Kham flavor. Pop the whole bundle into your mouth in one bite and go through slowly, letting every ingredient mingle and dance on your palate.

Skills Requirement - can make coffee and generally also mix classic cocktails.

The function of the positions, is to make nonalcoholic and alcoholic drinks, soft drinks, hot and cold beverages, wines, beers as per order which waitron ring up.
