Something a little different for this Shabbat!

OshPlov (also known as
Palov, Plov, or Osh) is the signature national rice dish of Uzbekistan and a staple throughout Central Asia. It is a hearty, one-pot dish traditionally cooked in a cast-iron cauldron called a kazan over an open fire, combining rice, meat (typically lamb or beef), carrots, onions, and spices.
