Fish Hoek Valley Museum will be hosting another Historic Fish Hoek Beach Walk - spread the word to anyone who may be interested.

Historic Fish Hoek Beach Walk - this Saturday, 21 February @ 10am

Join us for a stroll along Fish Hoek beachfront and hear tales of days gone by.

Learn about the old pavilion, the Homestead Hotel, Uitkyk, Orano and Bull Pritchard’s Lilliputian Garden, Men’s Bathers, the shark exclusion net, the shipwreck, pirates, the whaling industry, Mountain View, ‘Sewe Mense Klip,’ the Delbridge Quarry, Belvedere Flats and much more!

The walk will cover 2 kilometres along Simonstown road, over Sunnycove railway bridge, and back along Jager’s Walk.

Cost:
R150 per Adult; Historical Assoc Members & Pensioners R100; Children under 12 free.

This event is to raise much-needed funds to cover the running costs of the Fish Hoek Valley Museum. We rely totally on donations from visitors and friends to keep the doors open.
