Two beautiful, open-plan wood fired ovens have been designed and take centre stage at our Camps Bay restaurant, and we’ve created an entire menu around them.

Fired up for summer 🔥

Our Chef’s Specialities are kissed by flames and full of flavour. Summer carbonara with guanciale, peas and mint, spinach and ricotta ravioli in asparagus cream, and garlic prawn stuffed shells baked in chilli, white w**e and cream. There’s crusted sirloin with sun-dried tomato butter, and oven-roast salmon with a punchy puttanesca. And, of course, the pizzas: pancetta with summer pea, ricotta and mint, chicken cacciatore with pepperonata and feta, or classic coppa with rocket and parmesan 🍕
