Blanko's Chef's Specialities are here, and we're not sure how to get through this menu in one sitting.

Whole Grilled Baby Kingklip drenched in green olives and banga rossa. A Tomato & Parmesan-Crusted Ribeye stacked with burrata and yesterday's breadcrumbs. Porcini Carpaccio finished in truffle and citrus cream. Squid Fritti with a spicy bomba kick.

This isn't a "pick one" kind of menu. Bring people, order everything.
