Meet baby Dean.

No thoughts. Just vibes.

Would later go on to co-own a deli, café and grocery store and discover that “just opening another location” is never just opening another location.

Meet one of the brands you’ll find on our wellness shelves.

From magnesium and creatine to grass-fed whey, PrimeSelf makes thoughtfully formulated supplements designed to slot into everyday routines without making wellness feel like a full-time job.

Simple, considered and easy to reach for - which is exactly why we like having them around.

Find some of the PrimeSelf range at Wildsprout.

The little sprouts behind Wildsprout 🌱

Dean + Candice. Brother + sister. One dreams it up, the other figures out how to make it happen.

Who knew these two would grow up to be responsible for your coffee, lunch and grocery runs?

The unofficial Wildsprout table transcripts ☕️

Come for the coffee, stay for the catch-up, accidentally make it a three-hour lunch.

Consider this your sign to text the group chat and put something in the diary.

See you around the table. 🌱

POV: the social media girl is out of office and the Wildsprout team has been left in charge of content. 😭🌱

The angles? Questionable.
The commitment? 10/10.
The food? Still very much worth filming.

Should we let them keep the Instagram password? 👀

A few things we do differently around here. 🌱

Not because food needs more rules. We actually think it needs less.

Good ingredients. Made from scratch where we can. Wholefoods from local farms. Thoughtful sourcing. No seed oils in our kitchen. No refined sugar in our sweet treats.

And a lot of care behind the things you probably don’t think twice about when you order your morning coffee or favourite lunch.

Nothing complicated. Just the little choices that make Wildsprout, Wildsprout.

Good food. Thoughtfully made.

A post you can almost smell, hear and taste. 🤎

Fresh coffee being poured, conversations around the table, something warm from the kitchen.

Some things just don’t translate through a screen. Come experience Wildsprout for yourself. 🌱

The Wildsprout workday. Coffee within reach, something good for lunch and a table you’ll happily stay at a little longer. ☕️🌱

For catch-ups, emails, “quick” meetings that turn into lunch - consider this your unofficial office away from the office.
