I present to you, the magnificent Zane Salad!

How was it created and named? Well, one day I just felt like having a steak salad and pretty much looked around for all the fresh ingredients available. I was pretty happy with the results and decided to make it a lunch special. So this guy comes up to the shop for the first time and asks what was on the menu. He wanted something light and healthy. I suggested him the special of the day. The next day he returned for more, and the next, and the next. After a week he asked me what was the salad called, I didn't have one, so I just asked for his name and that was it. The legend of the Zane salad was created ,or the Zaner, as he personally likes to call it.

Zane Lee is one of the healthiest persons I know and his colleagues know it. He became the perfect poster boy for this salad and I sell them like cold beer in a hot Summer day just because it is Zane approved.
