Malva Pudding Cupcakes 🌺

I just looove the warm and cozy flavours of malva pudding, its been my all time favourite dessert. And these are one of the first recipes ive played with to create our own original recipe.
As I was baking a cake for a really special wedding this past weekend (pics to follow soon) i took the opportunity to bake these lovelies for my family. I also couldn't resist topping them with these gorgeous pink flowers 😍😍

Carrot Cake! One of my absolute faaaavs to make 😍😍 Made this one a while ago, had some real fun as well as some challenges using a pan that was a little too small 😂 so i guess i could say this one was overflowing with flavour 😉
Always a treat making a classic and adding some new twists to it 🤤

Ps. We still aren't able to provide bakes for clients, but will be sure to announce as soon as we are able again. In the meantime, we'll keep practicing and baking some real tasty treats for your eyes only🔥🤘

First time baking cupcakes since January and I was so lucky to be able to make these cuties for my moms birthday 🥰 (back in my childhood home)!
Something about the potent colors of the flowers and the contrast of the deep dark chocolate just makes me so happy! The kitchen is definitely one of my happiest places, its somewhere I get to express and feel like myself 😁

Tuesday Throwback to a simpler time! It's been quite some time since I have been able to do what I love most, which is create fun cake art for friends and clients who become friends 💭 But we are staying strong and sending positive vibes to everyone! So we caved into social media pressure and we baked a banana bread 😆😆 and we aren't even a little embarrassed! Found this recipe on 😍😍 wow its so easy and its absolutely delicious 🤤 Topped it with some thinly sliced pear 🍐 and some granola for extra crunch!

We couldn't find all of the ingredients so we substituted and hoped for the best.
No buttermilk, mixed milk + lemon juice. Worked like a dream!
Also couldn't find the bran rich self raising flour. We used a combination of wholewheat flour, cake wheat flour & wheat bran + baking powder + salt (not sure the salt ratio is perfect, i'd like to add less next time).
But the texture of these rusks are the best thing I've ever tasted! What an awesome recipe 👏👏👏
These won't be lasting for long 😅
