Food and drinks move out onto the street as part of Bree St Sundays, with street cafés, sidewalk kitchens, and casual bars serving small tasting portions of food and cocktails at an affordable price.
Each tasting costs R49*, so you can walk, stop, taste whilst enjoying car-free Bree St Sundays.

Bree St Food Sundays takes place on 22 Feb, 29 March, and 26 April from 12:00 to 16:00, right in the middle of Bree St Sundays.
The open-street experiment tests what our city feels like when the road works for people, not just for cars. Most cafés, restaurants, and shops on Bree are open — come spend time, bring friends, bring kids, bring your board, your bike, your book, your ball.
Ten percent of every R49 that is spent by PAN Group affiliated venues goes back to Bree St Sundays by and .hill.lewis to support inclusive, people first public space in the heart of the Inner City.
