Apology to Our Clients Regarding In-Store Disturbance

We would like to extend our sincere apologies to the clients who were present in our store during a recent incident involving a refund dispute. We regret any discomfort or inconvenience this situation may have caused.
For clarity, the incident arose when a client returned to the store regarding two meals purchased the previous day at approximately 17:40. At the time of the complaint, more than half of each meal had already been consumed. Based on the amount of food remaining and in accordance with our refund policy, our team offered a refund for one portion as a reasonable resolution.
The client was not satisfied with this outcome and became increasingly aggressive and argumentative, resulting in raised voices within the store. Despite our staff’s efforts to manage the matter calmly and professionally, the interaction caused an unavoidable disruption to other clients present.
We sincerely apologise to those affected for the disturbance and thank you for your patience and understanding. We remain committed to maintaining a respectful, safe, and welcoming environment for all our clients.
