📣 SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT:

We have news to share! As many of you may already know, The Table Bay Hotel will be closing to undergo major renovations which are expected to take almost a year, meaning will also be closing its doors from 16 Feb 2025 as a result of these renovations. TONIGHT will be our LAST DINNER before construction commences.

GOOD NEWS. Since last year, we’ve been working behind the scenes on another exciting venture, and we can’t wait to share more about it with you soon! During this time, our focus will shift to this new project and existing operations while we prepare to relocate the restaurant to an exciting new location during this renovation period.

We are incredibly grateful for your support and loyalty over the years. Every meal, every celebration, every connection, every conversation, and every accolade and award locally and globally, has meant the world to us. This is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter, and we’re thrilled to have you along for the journey.

Introducing: Pretty in Pink – a true celebration of flavor and artistry from our new menu

This dish is a feast for the senses, starting with delicate, rose-like curls of cured salmon, perfectly complemented by the smoky sweetness of charred baby corn. Vibrant edamame adds a splash of color and a tender bite, while a refreshing cucumber twirl brings a crisp, clean contrast. To tie it all together, a luxurious beurre blanc sauce infused with our herbaceous oil, is elevated with briny pearls of trout caviar, delivering bursts of oceanic indulgence in every mouthful.

A visual and culinary masterpiece, Pretty in Pink is designed to captivate and delight.

We are super thrilled to announce that last night SIBA THE RESTAURANT won Africa’s Best Fine Dining Hotel Restaurant 2024 at the World Culinary Awards 2024 in Dubai! Thank you to all of you for all the love and support, and thank you to the global panel of judges for the nod and the World Culinary Awards for the incredible honour and recognition!

To our core team at the restaurant FOH and BOH, who’ve held the fort while our Chef Patron and founder was nurturing our new sister restaurant, , we appreciate you! Thank you!

Always an honour and humbling privilege for us to represent our country and continent on a culinary global stage! We surely brought it home Mzansi!

…Award finally gets to its home… We are honoured and delighted at SIBA THE RESTURANT to have received our latest award from Restaurant Association Of South Africa (RASA), we bagged Top Restaurant Award for Service Excellence.🏆🍽️🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🎉🎉🎉🇿🇦

It’s a tough industry I tell you, but always very encouraging and inspiring when we get recognised here at home for the work we do. Cheers to our amazing team again at front of house and back of house for their unwavering support, passion and commitment in keeping this vision alive for our patrons! We did it, AGAIN!! 🙌🏽🙏🏽❤️
