I’ve been called a "Lebanese Pizza," but honestly, I’ve been around way longer. I’m round, oven-baked until I’m perfectly bubbly, and I usually start my day covered in a thick layer of labneh and a sprinkle of za’atar.

I’m the reason your car smells like a spice market (you’re welcome), and I’m the ultimate "fold-and-go" breakfast. 🏃‍♂️💨

Did you know that in Lebanon, making coffee is a true art form? It all starts with the Kanaka (or Rakweh), our iconic long-handled pot. Its narrow neck isn't just for looks; it’s designed to control the heat for the perfect brew!

The secret? It’s all in the "Face." 🧐 A perfect cup must have a layer of golden foam on top, known as the "Wajh" (literally "The Face"). If there’s no wajh, the brew isn't finished! We heat it slowly until that rich, aromatic froth rises to the top.

Pro Culture Tips:
✅ We always serve the eldest guest first (respect is the best side dish!).
✅ Whatever you do, don't stir! Let those fine grinds settle at the bottom so you can enjoy every smooth, cardamom-infused sip.
