This is our Salted Caramel Cheesecake โ velvety smooth filling on a buttery biscuit base, draped in a slow-poured caramel that sets just enough to drip the way it should.
Topped with fresh pomegranate, dried orange slices, crushed hazelnuts and edible blooms straight from the garden. ๐ธ๐
