Our Chef’s Specialities have dropped, and they’re made for that post-beach wind down. Kick things off with tempura crab claws and spicy aioli, grilled prawns with honey habanero pineapple, or hot honey chicken tenders for the table. Hungrier? Go for a whole grilled baby kingklip with roof-is-on-fire butter, or the sirloin & spicy garlic prawns.
