One of our loaded favourites, and for good reason.

Bacon, ham, salami, spiced Bolognese, onion and green pepper, all piled onto our wood-fired base. It’s packed with flavour, generous with the toppings and definitely one for the meat lovers.

🇮🇹 There's something about lasagne that just feels like home. Layers of pasta sheets, rich Bolognese, béchamel and Napolitana sauce, finished with Parmesan.

❤️ THANK YOU, PARKLANDS!

Yesterday was our first day back, and what a day it was.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to every customer who walked through our doors, ordered a pizza, shared a kind word, or simply stopped by to welcome us back. Your support means more to us than words can express.

A special thank you also goes to our incredible team. The smiles you see in this photo belong to the people who have worked tirelessly behind the scenes to get Paulo's Pizza Parklands ready to welcome you back. Their hard work, long hours, dedication and passion have been nothing short of amazing.

We're also incredibly grateful to every contractor, supplier, friend and supporter who helped make this reopening possible. This has truly been a team effort.

We're still in our soft opening phase and putting the finishing touches in place, but seeing so many familiar faces yesterday reminded us exactly why we do what we do.

This is just the beginning, and we can't wait to share what's still to come.

🍕 Parklands, we're OPEN!

Today marks a very special milestone for us.

With the incredible support, hard work and dedication of our amazing team, contractors and suppliers, we've been able to open our doors today. To every single person who played a part in bringing Paulo's Pizza Parklands back to life – thank you. We couldn't have done it without you.

For now, we're opening ever so quietly.

This is our soft opening, giving our team the opportunity to fine-tune everything, settle into our new space, and ensure we're delivering the experience our customers know and love before our official launch. We appreciate your patience over the next day or two as we put the finishing touches in place.

Our wood-fired ovens are hot, our pizzas are ready, and we're serving dine-in, takeaway for collection or via MrD as from today. 🍕🔥

We've also given our upstairs gaming and entertainment area a beautiful makeover. It's looking fantastic, but we're putting the final touches on it before opening those doors. We can't wait to show you what's been happening upstairs!
