Red Chick - The Original Portuguese Chicken A speciality of flame grilled spring chicken, drizzled with a special sauce, which secret has been maintained throughout the times.

From this meal emerges the image of Algarve, the southern coastline of Portugal, village of Guia, that has evolved into an excellent meal, due to its appetizing flavour and outstanding quality of its ingredients. Our chicken weights maximum of 800 grams and is nourished only with cereals and vegetables. Our chickens are culled at 25 days instead of the typical 45 days for most chickens and therefore contains no fats.
