We source quality beef from a reputable and registered butchery before we cut every single piece by hand. Special ingredients and spices are then mixed and marinating for hours to ensure consistency and perfection in our biltong and chilli bite. We monitor the dehydration process prior to grading; packaging; sealing and labelling of each packet before Farmboy Biltong can be ready to be enjoyed by our valued customers.
