Day 0. House was cleaned. Curtain nets on kids rooms done. Laundry done. Kitchen all sparkling clean. Lunch got ready. Dishes done.

Day 1. Did 32 minutes of exercise. Made myself turmeric cayenne pepper tea with 2 and 1/2 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
December time- really fell back on my lifestyle. Stress got hold of me. Mum not being well and me being far away and not having seen her since 2018.
2024, told myself stress isn’t going to help me at all. Focus. Get back into routine. Fix myself up so I can plan to go see her or have her come down to SA. Here’s to New beginnings
and Newbeginnings.

Day 3.
OMAD. .
Lamb wors baby marrow with onion and cherry tomato. With Halloumi cheese ( Air fried ) and then I planted my avocado tree today which I was growing it from the seed.

My first cup of cloves, cinnamon and lemon tea having it now.
Today it’s OMAD. I can do this.
